2. Terms of Delivery
Goods can be picked up by appointment at the above address or shipped at the usual postal rates. A notification is sent when the goods are available for collection. Goods are only sent after receipt of payment. We are not liable for any damage during transport and possible delays by the delivery person. Delivery only within Belgium.
3. Payments
The goods must be paid in cash (or payconiq) upon collection (no payment cards) or prepaid by transfer to our account, or via our online secure payment partner.
4. Warranty
In the event of a defect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for 2 years after purchase.
5. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days and without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you revoke the contract, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, excluding delivery costs, from us without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to revoke the contract. . We will pay you back by means of a transfer to your bank account.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account. The right of withdrawal is only valid if the goods are returned unused and in the original unopened packaging.
6. Privacy Protection
Personal data is only used for the order. They will not be used for commercial purposes without your permission and you will therefore not receive any advertising e-mails. Under no circumstances will they be passed on to other parties.
